At Flow and Strength Acupuncture my method is combining Traditional Chinese Medical Acupuncture with various modalities to not only assist in healing but preventing conditions from coming back. These other modalities include Guasha, Cupping, Red Light Therapy, Shiatsu and most importantly Corrective Exercise. With a background in Kinesiology and Professional Kickboxing, and now as a Registered Acupuncturist, these modalities have been key tools to improve health and performance in myself and my patients.
